Vision
At the heart of our vision is the commitment to promoting the full development of human potential, strengthening the skills and professional and personal identity of both mental health and healthcare professionals as well as the general public. By joining forces with different stakeholders, we amplify the impact on the promotion of well-being and mental health, contributing to the development of talents and skills for individual and collective well-being.
Our Team
Anima Institute Mental Health is a project conceived with the dual purpose of providing spaces for mental health professionals to take care of themselves, train, and update their skills, as well as offering training and disseminating scientific data in an accessible manner to the general public.
We are a team of experienced psychologists and psychotherapists passionate about our work. We often encounter myths, limiting, and distorted ideas about mental health. In addition to our clinical practice, we recognize the need for specialized and open spaces to support training in various areas of mental health; thus meeting the demands of professionals in the field and the general public. In this way, we amplify the impact on the promotion of well-being and mental health in society.
